2 GIRLS & AN ARCH, LLC: WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: October 2, 2026
By submitting a booking, deposit, or payment to 2 Girls & An Arch, LLC ("2 Girls & An Arch," "we," or "us"), the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. RENTAL FEE & WHAT'S INCLUDED
The core rental fee is $750. This includes the arch itself, along with delivery, setup, and breakdown within 25 miles of Lexington, SC 29073.
Events beyond 25 miles may be booked at our discretion, with a custom travel quote provided at the time of booking. We do not publish a fixed maximum distance or service region; availability beyond the free radius is decided case by case.
If a booking requires our team to stay overnight, we arrange and pay for our own lodging. The cost is disclosed to the Client in advance as part of that booking's travel quote. Lodging is never the Client's responsibility to arrange or pay for directly.
Requested start times before 8:00 AM are subject to the following flat fees, based on the earliest requested start time:
Events on Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, or the weekend immediately adjacent to any of these holidays, are subject to a 50% surcharge on the base rental price. This surcharge is separate from and in addition to any applicable travel or early-morning fee.
2. RESERVATION & PAYMENT
Event dates must be reserved at least ten (10) calendar days in advance. Dates less than ten (10) calendar days away cannot be reserved.
For events more than thirty (30) calendar days away at the time of booking, a $375 reservation deposit (50% of the rental price) is required to reserve the event date. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of Client cancellation.
If the event is more than sixty (60) calendar days away at the time of booking, the remaining $375 balance is due in full sixty (60) calendar days before the event date. If the event is thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) calendar days away at the time of booking, the remaining $375 balance is due in full thirty (30) calendar days before the event date. These deadlines apply regardless of payment method.
If the event is ten (10) to thirty (30) calendar days away at the time of booking, the full $750 rental price is due at booking, and the deposit option is not available.
If the remaining balance is not paid by this deadline, 2 Girls & An Arch may treat the booking as cancelled by the Client, and the reservation deposit remains non-refundable. We will attempt to notify the Client that payment is past due before treating a booking as cancelled, and we may, at our sole discretion, accept a late payment and continue the booking instead of cancelling it.
All payments are processed through our payment platform (Stripe).
3. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
If the Client cancels before the remaining balance is due, only the $375 reservation deposit is forfeited; no further amount is owed.
If the Client cancels after the balance is due but has not yet paid it, the same rule applies: the deposit is forfeited, and we will not separately pursue collection of the unpaid balance.
If the Client cancels after having paid the full rental amount, no refund of any amount is made.
4. CANCELLATION OR INABILITY TO PERFORM BY 2 GIRLS & AN ARCH
If 2 Girls & An Arch is unable to perform under these Terms for a reason attributable to 2 Girls & An Arch or its operations, the Client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the reservation deposit. We may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule the booking in lieu of a refund. This Section does not apply when performance is prevented by severe or unsafe weather conditions; those situations are governed exclusively by Section 7 (Weather). Our liability for an inability to perform is limited to the amounts paid by the Client under these Terms.
5. POSTPONEMENT & RESCHEDULING
The Client is responsible for notifying 2 Girls & An Arch of a postponement or requested event-date change. Any replacement date is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Notice of a new date does not itself transfer the reservation; a replacement event date is recognized only after 2 Girls & An Arch confirms availability and accepts the date change.
Once we confirm and accept a replacement date, all amounts the Client has already paid, including the reservation deposit and any balance paid, transfer to the new date and apply toward that booking.
The first rescheduling of an event date is free of additional charge. Any subsequent rescheduling of the same booking is subject to a $500 rescheduling fee. We do not set a fixed limit on the number of reschedules, a fixed deadline for requesting one, or a fixed window for how far out a new date must fall; all rescheduling remains subject to availability.
If the Client's requested replacement date is unavailable, we will offer any alternative dates that are available. If no mutually agreeable date is reached, the booking is treated as cancelled by the Client, and Section 3 (Cancellation by the Client) governs the disposition of amounts already paid, based on the stage reached at that time.
A reschedule required because 2 Girls & An Arch determines that severe or unsafe weather prevents safe performance is not a Client-requested reschedule. It does not count as the Client's first free reschedule or toward the number of Client-requested reschedules, and it is not subject to the $500 rescheduling fee. Amounts paid are credited toward a replacement date, subject to availability, as provided in Section 7 (Weather).
6. DELIVERY, SETUP & BREAKDOWN
2 Girls & An Arch (or its designated team) is solely responsible for delivering, setting up, and breaking down the arch. There is no self-pickup, self-setup, or client/venue-handled option.
The Client is responsible for confirming in advance that the venue permits the arch and permits 2 Girls & An Arch to deliver, assemble, position, supervise or assist with approved decorating, and remove the arch.
The Client must disclose to 2 Girls & An Arch in advance any conditions that could affect delivery, setup, or breakdown, including stairs, elevators, narrow entrances, long carry distances, gated or restricted access, loading restrictions, vendor entrances, and restricted vendor, setup, or breakdown times. Stairs and elevator access are acceptable. Unusually difficult or lengthy access is handled case by case.
The Client is responsible for ensuring a legal and reasonably accessible location for unloading and loading. Any parking, valet, garage, venue access, entrance, or similar fees required for our team must be paid or otherwise handled by the Client before our arrival. Our team will not be required to pay these charges upon arrival in order to access the venue.
The installation location, whether indoor or outdoor, must be level, stable, accessible, suitable for the arch, and allow safe installation without damaging the venue.
The Client is responsible for obtaining and communicating to 2 Girls & An Arch in advance all applicable venue and vendor requirements, including setup and breakdown times, vendor entrances, access restrictions, décor restrictions, insurance or certificate of insurance requirements, and any other rules affecting our service.
2 Girls & An Arch retains final authority over whether and how the arch can be safely installed.
If installation cannot be completed because the Client or venue failed to obtain required venue permission, failed to disclose venue or access restrictions, failed to provide required access, failed to have required parking or access arrangements handled, failed to provide a suitable, level, and stable installation location, or otherwise failed to satisfy a Client or venue responsibility under these Terms, the situation is not an inability to perform by 2 Girls & An Arch under Section 4, and no refund is due. 2 Girls & An Arch may, at its discretion, permit rescheduling, subject to availability; rescheduling is not guaranteed. If rescheduling is permitted, amounts already paid transfer to the accepted replacement date, and the reschedule is treated as a Client reschedule under Section 5: it counts as the Client's first free reschedule if that has not already been used, and otherwise is subject to the $500 rescheduling fee.
7. WEATHER
2 Girls & An Arch has final authority over whether weather and site conditions, including wind, permit safe delivery, setup, installation, and breakdown of the arch.
The arch must be installed on level, stable ground and will not be installed on uneven or otherwise unsafe ground.
For outdoor events, when weather threatens, the Client is responsible for having a suitable indoor or adequately covered backup location available for the arch. A weather-related relocation is permitted as long as the alternate location is accessible, suitable for the arch, and provides level, stable placement.
If light rain is anticipated for an outdoor ceremony, the Client must notify 2 Girls & An Arch of the covered or suitable alternate location at least six (6) hours before the event time. We will install the arch at that approved location.
The arch will not be assembled, installed, or left exposed outdoors in heavy or active rain.
If weather conditions change after installation, the Client or venue must contact 2 Girls & An Arch. We retain final authority over whether the arch remains in place, is relocated, or must be removed. Only 2 Girls & An Arch or its designated team may move, relocate, or remove the arch; the Client, the venue, florists, decorators, guests, and other third parties may not.
If outdoor conditions are unsafe but a suitable indoor or adequately covered location is available, we may perform the rental at that alternate location.
If severe weather makes travel or performance unsafe to the point that our team cannot reasonably provide service, and no safe alternate location permits performance, the rental will be rescheduled rather than performed under unsafe conditions. All amounts paid become a non-refundable credit that may be applied to a replacement event date for the same Client, subject to availability. If the Client does not immediately accept an available replacement date, the credit remains available for twelve (12) months from the original event date. Any replacement event must occur within twelve (12) months of the original event date. If no replacement event occurs within that period, the credit expires, and its expiration does not entitle the Client to a refund. As provided in Section 5, a weather-required reschedule does not count as the Client's free reschedule and is not subject to the $500 rescheduling fee.
If severe or unsafe weather also prevents performance on an accepted replacement date, this Section applies again, and any remaining credit may be transferred to another replacement date, subject to availability. This does not create a right to a refund, is not a Client-requested reschedule, and is not subject to the $500 rescheduling fee. The twelve (12) month period is measured from the original event date and does not restart or extend.
If, after accepting a replacement date, the Client requests a date change for reasons unrelated to weather, that change is a Client-requested reschedule governed by Section 5. It counts as the Client's first free reschedule if that has not already been used, and otherwise is subject to the $500 rescheduling fee, subject to availability. The twelve (12) month period measured from the original event date does not restart or extend.
8. CLIENT & GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Security for the event and the conduct of the Client's guests are the sole responsibility of the Client. 2 Girls & An Arch is not present for the duration of the event and has no ability to supervise or control guest behavior around the arch between setup and teardown.
No guest, child, or third party may: stand, sit, or climb on the base or any part of the arch; lean against the arch; or move, relocate, or attempt to disassemble the arch. Only 2 Girls & An Arch or its designated team may move, relocate, or remove the arch after installation; the Client, the venue, florists, decorators, guests, and other third parties may not (see Section 7). Guests must also remain clear of the arch and the work area while our team is actively setting up or breaking it down, for their own safety and the safety of the team. Damage caused by a violation of these restrictions is billed to the Client at replacement or repair cost.
The Client's florist or professional decorator may provide and style florals or décor for the arch. A 2 Girls & An Arch representative must be present to supervise, guide, and/or assist with anything attached directly to the arch. Only attachment methods approved by 2 Girls & An Arch may be used. Nails, screws, staples, drilling, glue, adhesive tape, paint, and anything that punctures, permanently alters, stains, aggressively adheres to, or may damage the wood are prohibited. 2 Girls & An Arch has final authority over attachment methods and may refuse any item or method that could damage the arch. The Client is responsible for damage caused by prohibited or unapproved materials or methods, or by décor attached without a 2 Girls & An Arch representative present.
9. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
2 Girls & An Arch's obligation under these Terms is limited to the delivery, setup, display, and breakdown of the arch itself. The Client's florists and decorators may style the arch only in accordance with Section 8. The decorated appearance of the arch depends on materials and services provided by the Client's own vendors (including florists and decorators). 2 Girls & An Arch is not responsible for the failure, delay, or cancellation of any third-party vendor, or for any resulting change in the arch's decorated appearance.
10. LOSS, DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 2 Girls & An Arch, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from or caused by the acts or omissions of the Client, or the Client's guests, invitees, or other third parties, occurring during delivery, setup, display, or breakdown of the arch.
2 Girls & An Arch, LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the arch occurring while it is on display at the event location and not in the physical possession of our team. While the arch is on display, the Client is responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect the arch and the surrounding venue or property from damage caused by guests or ordinary use. Determinations regarding weather and site conditions, including whether the arch can be safely installed, remain in place, or be relocated, are reserved to 2 Girls & An Arch as provided in Section 7 (Weather). Nothing in this section authorizes the Client or any third party to move or relocate the arch.
Nothing in this section limits 2 Girls & An Arch's responsibility for damage caused by its own negligence during delivery, setup, or breakdown of the arch.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Client grants 2 Girls & An Arch permission to use photographs or video featuring the arch, whether taken by our own team or shared with us by the Client or the Client's vendors, for marketing, advertising, portfolio, and website purposes.
12. LEGAL FEES & REMEDIES
In the event either party must pursue legal action to enforce these Terms, including but not limited to non-payment by the Client, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and court costs from the non-prevailing party, in addition to any other remedy available under these Terms.
