The arch itself, along with delivery, setup, and breakdown within 25 miles of Lexington, SC. Travel beyond 25 miles, start times before 8:00 AM, and holiday dates carry additional fees, which are laid out in our Terms.

Delivery is included within 25 miles of Lexington, South Carolina. Beyond that, we consider bookings case by case and provide a custom travel quote at the time of booking.

At least 10 days before your event. Dates less than 10 days away cannot be reserved.

When your event is more than 30 days away, a $375 deposit, half of the rental, reserves your date. It is non-refundable if you cancel. The remaining $375 is due 60 days before your event, or 30 days before if you book 31 to 60 days out. For events 10 to 30 days away, the full $750 is due at booking.

Our team delivers, sets up, and breaks down the arch. There is no self-pickup or self-setup. Ahead of time, tell us about anything that affects access: stairs, elevators, narrow entrances, gates, long carries, or restricted setup times.

We arrive, assemble the arch, and position it for your ceremony. If your florist or decorator is styling it, one of us stays to guide anything attached to the wood. We are not on site during the event itself, and we return afterward for breakdown. While the arch stands, no one should lean on it, climb it, or move it.

Your reservation is for your event date. We set up ahead of your start time and return for breakdown once your event ends, based on the times you give us when you reserve.

Reservations are made for a single event date. If your celebration spans more than one day, write to us and we will talk it through.

Only by our team. Once the arch is installed, it stays where it stands unless we move it. If plans or weather change, contact us and we will determine whether it stays, moves, or comes down.

Yes. Your florist or professional decorator may style the arch with a member of our team present to guide anything attached directly to it. Only attachment methods we approve may be used. Nails, screws, staples, drilling, glue, adhesive tape, and paint are not permitted.

The rental is the arch itself. It stands beautifully on its own as an architectural piece, or your florist or decorator can style it for your ceremony.

Either. The location needs to be level, stable, accessible, and able to hold the arch without damage to the venue. We make the final call on whether it can be installed safely.

For outdoor events, have an indoor or covered backup location ready. If light rain is expected, tell us the alternate location at least six hours before your event and we will install there. The arch is not set up or left out in heavy or active rain. If severe weather makes service unsafe and no safe alternate location exists, we reschedule: what you have paid becomes a non-refundable credit toward a new date within 12 months of your original date, subject to availability, with no rescheduling fee.

Please confirm in advance that your venue permits the arch and allows our team to deliver, set up, and remove it. Share any venue rules with us ahead of time: setup and breakdown times, vendor entrances, access or décor restrictions, and insurance requirements. Any parking or access fees for our team should be handled before we arrive.
